The controller of the Xbox Series X is similar to the Bluetooth enabled mdel that came out with Xbox One S and X. 


You'll have no problem using the new controller if you know your way around an Xbox One controller. 


AA Batteries 

It comes with two AA batteries inside with its body measuring 6 x 4 x 2.47 inches (WDH) and weighing 287 grams. 


Elite Style D-Pad

The controller has a new clicker Hybrid -style directional pad that falls halfway between the cross-shaped D-pad of the previous model. 


The new version is a slightly concave circular pad with raised cardinal directions. 


The directions are more pronounced than the last model making it easy to tell the difference between hitting a Cardinal versus a diagonal.
