Joeboy is currently one of the hottest afrobeat singers in Nigeria. He has done really well since he got discovered by Nigerian artiste Mr Eazi in 2017.

Early Life

Joseph Akinwale was born on May 21, 1997. He is currently 23 years old. Joeboy as he is widely known is a Human Resource Management graduate from the University of Lagos (UniLag) after his primary and secondary education.

It seems like his family is a musical one. Joeboy's Elder brother was in the choir and their father used to play the keyboard in church.

Career

Before Joeboy was discovered by Mr Eazi in 2017, he had already recorded some set of songs and one of them is "Gbeseyin". He made a great cover to Ed Sheeran's "Shape of You" and posted the video on Instagram.
