Bill Gates gives 5 books worth reading this summer

From gatesnotes, Bill Gates has given 5 books that are worth reading this summer.
He said "I have read some terrible books lately. When I pulled together this list of five that you might enjoy this summer,i realized that several of my choices wrestle with big questions:
What makes a genius tick?
Why do bad things happen to good people?
Where does humanity come from? And
Where are we headed?
Despite the heavy subject matter, all these books were fun to read and most of them are pretty short".

The 5 books worth reading according to Bill Gates:

  • Leonardo Da Vinci by Walter Isaacson
  • Everything happens for a reason and other lies I have loved by Kate Bowler
  • Lincoln in the Bardo by George Saunders
  • Origin Story: a big history of everything by David Christian
  • Faithfulness by Hans Rosling with Ola Rosling and Anna Rosling Ronnlund.
